From the time you walk in the door, till time you leave, Deena and Don do everything in their power to make you experience at their shop a pleasurable experience. My alternator went bad, I arrived at their shop while I could still drive my vehicle, they squeezed me into their schedule so I did not have to purchase a rental. Within two hours the new alternator was delivered, installed, and the vehicle was taken for a test drive to make sure it was charging properly. They waiting room, is impeccably clean and comfortable. If I could give them 6 stars I would. They have a customer for life!”

“This McDonald's is in a prime location at the corner of intersecting highways PA 54 and 309. This makes the location a great spot for local and commuter traffic. The food is generally always served fast and fresh. With the new kiosk system, customers may order their food by selecting from the touch menu. When placing orders placed to eat-in, your food is brought right to your table so there's no need to stand around waiting! The recently renovated indoor Play Place is great fun for children of all ages! Parents can place their order and go sit while their kids play and make new friends. As with any eat-in order, their food will be brought right to their table in the Play Place area. The crew and manager staff are always cheerful and willing to help any customer who has an issue or concern. They are dedicated to making every customer experience worth while. They also take care to make sure the restaurant is clean and tidy to appeal to customer satisfaction. If you want a nice spot to go eat out with friends or family or just looking to grab a quick bite on the way to and from work, McDonald's in Hometown is a great place to go any day of the week! “UPDATE: Ronny contacted me directly and couldn't apologize enough. He explained the situation to me. He was honest about my tow being overcharged and gave me an opportunity to give him a check with the correct and very reasonable price. He was very kind and apologetic. I would highly recommend you contacting him directly if you ever have any issues with services as he was very understanding, honest, and wanted make things right. Called for a tow and their truck was being fixed, so they said I could call later. I tried calling numerous times throughout the afternoon and could not get through. When the guys arrived to tow my car and I had to calculate the total for the bill myself. The total cost was more expensive than I had paid using other companies towing further distance. Driver also smoked inside my vehicle while dropping it off at shop. Just overall poor service. Would not recommend this company.”
