Beautiful scenery. Great hike. A must go if you're in the area!
Great hiking, but many trails can be to rough for inexperienced hikers. Amenities are ok and what you would expect along the AT. Bring plenty of water, or a way to purify it.
Best place near Jersey City and NYC for a quick hike with some water bodies. Be prepared for some fly bites, don't forget to bring anti repellent sprays, lot of water and light snacks or f you plan to do a hike to lakes.
Decent hike when coming from the AT, rocky and ice cold water but worth it!
We did 6 miles for this waterfall and we met so many hikers, and dogs.
This place is so so so beautiful. The trailhead is right off a highway, which is a little weird, but once you get free from the highway it's just awesome. I have heard it's really crowded during the week which is unsurprising judging the Tuesday crowd I experienced. Go during the week, you'll enjoy it
