(June 17, 2022, 7:59 am)When the blades quit turning on my ac unit, I called Petrucci to see when they could have someone come out to assess the situation. They were able to send a technician out the same day! Brady was highly professional and worked quickly and efficiently to determine the issue and provide a resolution. I was informed through the entire process of cost and the reason for what was being done. Definitely reach out to Petrucci for all your HVAC needs.
(August 13, 2020, 10:02 am)Over the years, several technicians have done the following: replaced a water heater, replaced a thermostat for a radiant heating system, they have repaired an AC draining system, provided annual AC maintenance, and now plumbing repairs are being addressed..
Recently, Nick has seen to it that the AC is running smoothly, he has also repaired a faucet on the bathroom sink, and he is now scheduled to repair the kitchen sink. He quickly assessed the problem, clearly told me what needs to be done, and he is scheduled to return next week to do the work.
The professionalism and the quality of work exhibited by the technicians, and the courteous and prompt responses of the office staff assures me that customers are important and the cost for services and repairs is money well spent.
(March 12, 2020, 11:04 am)The guys that came were very polite, very punctual, and professional. I appreciated them answering all my questions in reference to the new furnace. They were very cautious upon entering my stairwell and landing area, as to not damage anything in my home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Hope the new furnace pays off for me.
