Coming from using another pharmacy at a local super market chain, this is a breath of fresh air and makes me remember how it was to go to the pharmacy when I was a kid. I’ve never used a privately owned drug store because I assumed they were too expensive. Upon moving to Bentleyville I needed to get some prescriptions filled and went to Rite aide. I was treated terrible by their pharmacist. It was so bad that I swore to never ever give them a penny of my hard earned money. Their loss considering I’m going to be living here for at least a decade and I’m a shopaholic.

The minute I walked into the Medicine Shop I knew I had found a treasure. Every employee is pleasant and happy to see you. They know the true meaning of customer service, are super knowledgeable, make me feel appreciated and seem genuinely happy to have my business. It’s a kind of service that I have not seen in my lifetime outside of television shows from the past. They never cease to exceed my expectations. The Medicine Shop continuously goes above and beyond for us! When my husband picked up my prescriptions they even sent me a birthday gift! They will have my business for as long as I live here and I will send everybody I know their way. Keep up the good work guys! I truly appreciate living in the neighborhood next to you.
