The staff is super helpful and friendly. Their selection of inventory is the best in the market and they are very reliable. If your a business owner and need packaging supplies I highly recommend this place.

We've been dealing with chamber packaging for about 6 years and have been greatly pleased. Pricing is very good and their products are of better quality than the big box stores. We purchase mostly corrugated boxes and a few other items and have always been satisfied.

I am writing on behalf of Chambers Packaging Connection. I want to apologize for your experience this morning. Unfortunately, we had things go on beyond our control and not all of our staff made it to work on time today.

The doors were locked as Carol was here by herself. When we only have one employee here, we leave the doors locked for security.

As to the situation with the warehouse, due to insurance liabilities, we are not permitted to allow customers into our warehouse.

What we keep in stock here is limited, as we are set up as a business to business distributor. We open ourselves up to retail sale to help the start up businesses and the general public. We do this, because we are a small business and understand the importance of having good suppliers is to a small business.

We let people know, we do not keep everything in stock, but can bring it in. It just may take 7-10 days to get material into our location. If our customers need material sooner, we can ship directly from our suppliers and cut lead time to 3-5 days
