Bill was Excellent from our 1st interaction and through out the entire transaction of getting my car repaired . He does excellent work and In a very timely manner all while keeping me informed throughout the process . I would highly recommend Bill for any and all your auto body needs . I am beyond satisfied of the amazing work he performed on my 2016 Subaru Outback.

I had a customer in the Orange area. We called out Servpro of Tustin & Orange, Villa Park and they did such a great job.

I think it is important to take care of customers especially when they are already disadvantaged. This customer was an older couple and I was so thankful that I call this Servpro office. They know what true customer service really is.

The customer called me in tears, explaining that every person was so kind and considerate. The technicians were respectful. Each day they arrived on time and then asked if they could come into the home and then they thank the homeowners each day before they left.

This is a special customer to our office so when we got a call telling us about this experience we were moved to share this experience.

We love our customers, but sometimes it is good to know that other companies know how to treat a customer.

The job size/value doesn't determine the level of care; the kindness and consideration of the team is what makes the difference.

My old man was in need of rust repair for his Dodge Ram. Bill did an excellent job. He was very thorough in the repair and finished off well with the paint. I myself am in the body repair industry was very impressed with the final results. Great job Bill!

Bill took care of the car and made the repairs quickly and the work looks great. We will definitely be using Higgins for any future auto body repairs.

They told me they could come the next day, and they even lowered their price by $200 to accommodate my situation.
