Let me start by saying I LOVE my apartment. It burnt down and I was the first to move in after the remodel. The kitchen is my favorite part. Bright white subway tile backsplash. We’re surrounded by trees and honestly forget we live in an apartment. The complex has a park like vibe that I enjoy. We did have to wait about two and half months to get screens in our windows which wasn’t very pleasant during the summer heat. But with covid I understand things were on back order and that’s just how it goes anymore. The staff has always been friendly but they didn’t seem to be in control of the property and let everyone do what they wanted. We recently got new management and it is so much better. My favorite part is that the new manager has cleared out the parking lot of unauthorized vehicles and now I have a place to park most nights. I would give them 5 stars but there are two downfalls. One is the dog park area is in a bad spot that collects a lot of water in winter months. I’ve slipped and fallen multiple times when I enter it. Plus it’s in a dark secluded area without lights. I don’t feel safe to take my dogs potty alone when it is dark. However hopefully that changes as the new manager is trying to get us lights out there. The second is that there isn’t anything for kids to do here. During the summer the pool was closed two to three days a week and there isn’t a clubhouse or playground for kids.

I have lived here for about a year now and it's been great! The office is willing to help you out with all your issues along with maintenance who jump right on it! They provide dog parks for the 4 legged friends. Aside from that the apartments are great for the price you pay. Definitely the nicest apartments I've been at in all my renting years.

I have lived here since 2015 or so. I can honestly say that the management and maintenance staff have gotten better and better over the years. I have had opportunities to relocate to other places, but to me, this is family and this is home. I know the staff by name and if I have any issues they handle it promptly. So if u ever want a place that treats the residents like family, Aravia is the place.

Nice place for the amount of rent. Bathrooms are half carpeted. They're trying to get security and cameras, but currently there's maybe 2 cameras on the property. There's a new property manager, she's very nice. My issue is the cars. Unfortunately since there's no security, there is often car break ins and or thefts. So long as you park within the property you're usually okay, but car ports are supposedly full, yet no one uses them, and there's only about 40 spaces where residents and guests can park without paying. Many people have guests overnight and leave residents without parking. People will use garages for storage and then park in free parking. It's more a complaint about the neighbors than the actual apartments though. It's very nice for the price. You get access to a gym for free, as well as a pool during the summer months. Balconies are large and most large pets are welcome. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE SITE FOR BREED RESTRICTIONS. The breed restrictions, aside from pitbulls, were not specified on the lease, and we weren't aware of any other restrictions until we started looking around for a dog and called the office to ask how that would work. Neighbors themselves are usually quiet. Never had a reason for a noise complaint. Dining area is either tiled or you can get it tiled. I do recommend this for people, especially because of the resources they offer.

I’ve been at these apartments for about 2 months. It’s nice apartments, it actually feels like an home. Rent isn’t bad and the building i live in my neighbors are very nice and sweet!! I would move here if I were you 😊
