Absolutely incredible! Got their smoked turkey breast & crepe lasagna for Xmas eve and it was amazing! Highly recommend
Very beautiful on the outside and in. Their barbecue ribs were extremely good they give you three sauces. Macaroni and cheese was definitely cheesy and very delicious and their barbecue beans with the bacon and molasses was delicious No complaint at all. My waitress Tracy she was very informative and I was very happy with her. Thank you Tracy and thank you pig and fire ??❤️??
The food was amazing and they had a very large diverse beer menu. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for quality food in the Washington area.
We ordered takeout, the Small Swine Platter, with the Brisket, 1/4 rack ribs and pulled pork.
We complemented it with a side of Mac & Cheese and the Street Corn Salsa.
- Meats: Brisket and Pulled Pork were excellent. Ribs had good flavor but did not fully fall off the bone.
- Mac & Cheese was great.
- Street Corn Salsa was not what I expected. It lacked flavor. It was bland. I’ve had street corn sides before and this was not it. The corn used looked like it came out of a can.
An absolutely incredible experience. Our server Tracey was incredible and truly cared about our experience. She constantly ensured that we were doing well and that our lunch was good. Both our appetizer and meals were very good. All the barbecue we ordered was tender and delicious, especially the brisket. A phenomenal experience all in all.
