This is the best most thorough and excellent car wash In the air at hands down. Especially since they added their ceramic coating. My car always looks flawless and the people working there are great

Ever been that person who had a bad day and irrationally taken it out on a business? Well, that was me today, and I felt I owed it to Shining Star to post this positive review. I was here earlier this week to get a wash and saw the sign saying they did detailing until 4, but I arrived too late and decided to come back today. Showed up at 2:25 and waited behind another car until 2:55 and felt really bad for the employee who was asked multiple times by the person in front of me to clean this spot and that spot and vacuum those places over and over again. When that car pulled away, I pulled up and realized after a minute or so that the employee who had been cleaning the previous car had been called away to work in another location and it seemed they were done doing the detailing for the day. I found an employee and asked, and he told me they stop at 3 (sign said 4). This is when the emotions of ten weeks of near isolation hit and my mind and soul were taken over by someone I didn't recognize. Let's just say I was angry. The manager/owner (I think) came out and I unleashed my fury upon him. And then, in the midst of it all, I realized that I was being ridiculous. It was too late. I wanted to leave, mainly because I was so humiliated with my own behavior, but the manager/owner insisted that they clean the car and explained that with everything going on, they hadn't been able to update the sign. He found someone to take care of my car, and they did a great job. I am very pleased with the cleaniliness of my interior, which is a challenge because of two dogs that shed. The price was very reasonable in my opinion, and I am grateful that they didn't just empty the contents of their vacuums within my car; I totally would have deserved it. Anyway, I will be back...in better spirits and well ahead of 3pm. They went above and beyond to do a great job, in spite of me, and I highly recommend Shining Star Car Wash (the missing star is because of the incorrect time on the sign, but I'm sure that will be corrected in the future).
