South Hills Kia

This was our first time staying here. The rates were very affordable. Typically we are in the area to visit Disneyland- we learned that they offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the park! The gentleman at the front desk was even kind enough to upgrade our room for the duration of our stay at no additional cost! The rooms were clean and there were basic amenities which included an outdoor pool and a very basic continental breakfast.

Kind, professional, efficient service. The whole process was easy and stress-free and I am thrilled with my new car. Highly recommend.

I have bought and traded cars for decades. South Hills Kia gave me the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. Shawn worked hard for a week dealing with me over the phone. When I got there Lou helped us in Finance. He has a ton of experience in the car industry. I had never been in a dealership and not had to fight for SOMETHING, until South Hills Kia. They gave me 300 dollars MORE than I wanted for my trade in. I told them they were allowed to upsell me on Gap Insurance, they said "you don't need it". My jaw dropped opened, literally. The dealership industry would sell snake oil to their own mothers. So it took A LOT of integrity to transact business that way. Before I signed papers, they took 1 percentage point off of my loan too. I know its a gimmick, but it worked on me. I am telling all of my friends and family to go to South Hills Kia ! I'll be back.

Dave, Eddie and the rest of the team at South Hills Kia are true professionals. Buying process was honest and straight forward with no surprises. The car was prepped and ready to go when we got there. Eddie did a great job reviewing all the tech options. I highly recommend them.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the service department at South Hills Kia and the protocols they have put in place to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Over the past year, I have worked with both Eddie and Jaime in the department, and have found both of them to provide unparalleled customer service. As I have said to customers of mine, the efficiency with which they run that department is quite amazing. I was there just yesterday for my 7,500 mile checkup, and Jaime provided exceptional service and represented the organization in a manner to be proud of.

The staff at KIA are very nice, very helpful and don't pressure you for a sale.. I am also very happy with the service department... Great Job to everyone at South Hills KIA... Love my SUV...
