Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. I have been greeted or assisted by an associate upon every visit. They carry a wide range of pet products, many of which cannot be found at larger chains. I personally find their huge cat food selection to be beneficial due to my picky kitties. Also, due to this being a more intimate location, the staff are extremely helpful with knowing what your pet might want or need!

Always a pleasant experience. staff is very knowledgeable of the products that they sell, and they're always willing to assist you with every possible need you could have. Super friendly, always in a good mood!
