South Hills Lincoln

Throughout my life I have bought 9 vehicles from several different dealerships; our buying experience with South Hills Lincoln was the hands down the best! Our sales person Russ was Great! Extremely responsive before and after the sale. We traveled all the way from Washington DC (5 hours one way) to purchase this vehicle and would do it again based on the wonderful treatment we received from Russ and the South Hills team.

South Hills Lincoln was wonderful! Went there for a service appointment. They were kind, efficient and I didn't have to wait at all. Bethany was super wonderful. Everything, the work that they were going to do, was clearly explained to me and I felt really good about our overall experience. And to top it all off they gave our car a complimentary car wash! Would absolutely recommend South Hills Lincoln.

We purchased a used car and structured the transaction 100% over the internet. The Salesman (Russ) was honest, knowledgeable and attentive of all aspects of the sale. Everything was in place when we arrived. The vehicle was as described. The paperwork was understandable and prompt. In less than an hour, we left in our new (to us) car. All automobile purchases should be so well crafted and conducted!

Lincoln’s valet service picked my aviator up at my house. The kind man dropped off a vehicle for me to use while my aviator was getting an oil change, maintenance check, etc.
They called me to update me with cost, etc. they then dropped my car off and picked up the dealer vehicle. This is very convenient considering I have two children I have to get to and from school. Love this service!

South Hills Lincoln has always serviced my Navigator. The service center is so helpful and very friendly. They provide a loaner car while the work is being done. Which helps so I don’t have to wait. It’s a pleasure to deal with South Hills Lincoln.
