(November 20, 2020, 4:18 pm)I very rarely choose to frequent chain salons like this due to inconsistent results in previous experiences however today I was irritated and really needed a change. First available and was lucky enough to get Chen, she is so personable incredibly sweet and very focused on delivering impeccable results as a cosmetologist myself I can say this is easily the best haircut I've received and probably the last 15 years. If you're looking for a focused stylist dedicated to giving you exactly what you request I highly recommend seeing this sweet woman I will definitely be back for her and her alone.
