Ellen Ross Knox was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. She was so helpful. She was an amazing sales person and she talked with. She was not only sincere,, but truly cared about what I needed. As a result I have the perfect bed. The experience was very positive. I would highly recommend this store if you are interested in purchasing a new mattress and when you do, ask for Ellen. She will take the time to help you.

My husband and I have been looking to buy a new mattress for a few months. We decided to take advantage of the Labor Day sales and first went to the levin store closest to our house. We weren’t thrilled with the experience there and decided to go to the Washington store. Ellen was AMAZING to work with. She understood we already had our eyes on a few options and allowed us to really take our time in making our decision. She wasn’t pushy like other sales people are. She let us know she was there to answer questions but gave us the time for us to make our decision. Buying a mattress as a couple takes compromise, and she really helped my husband and I meet in the middle with what each of us liked. THANk YOU ELLEN!

The wife and I were looking for a new mattress and base and came to Levin Mattress in Washington. The manager Austin was able to answer all our questions and help us find what we were looking for. We were impressed with his knowledge of the different mattresses and professional demeanor. He allowed us to look without pressure and was very helpful. We have never slept better.
