Though they have no exterior signage to date, they are located only a few storefronts away from the welcome/membership center. They have devised a Covid friendly manner in which one may still sample anything in the store before buying, which leaves no room for disappointment. Every level of heat is available from 'zero' all the way to 'why would anyone do that'. What is particularly nice is that they have gone out of their way to pair their 'hot' with an impressive array of other pallet pleasing flavors. They offer buy 5 get one free as well as buy 10 and get 3 free (mix and match anything in the store). We sampled for almost an hour and purchased several sauces, one jelly, and one salsa. Definitely on the short list for return visit!”

“My Romba jammed it self under a shelf and when I pulled it out one of the sensors jammed and of course made it inoperable. One of the problems with the Romba is that repairs means sending it out. The cost of the shipping and insurance I could have almost bought a new machine. I took a chance and called The Vac Shop and they said to bring it in and they would see if they could help. Now, 2 day later it is now cleaning my kitchen floor while I complement the Vac Shop. Very nice people and I appreciate their help. Thanks again.”

“Great people and great service! I read all the positive reviews people gave this place and decided to give it a try! I went to their website, booked myself in, and showed up this morning for my appointment. Turns out, my appointment booking went to the wrong email so the mechanic didn't know I was coming, but he still took me! (FYI-they fixed the email situation, but I still recommend calling ahead to make sure they know you're coming!) They addressed all the repairs I asked for and kept me in the loop on what all was going on. My car is notoriously a difficult one as it has been discontinued and parts are few and far between, and they took on the challenge to find and order the parts it needed. When we had some confusion on the service for one of the repairs I requested, they took my car right back to address the actual repair and got it fixed. Their prices were very reasonable and the service was great! When I arrived home, I was experiencing some difficulties with my car door locking and I called them about it and they told me I could bring it right back in and fixed that issue at no extra cost. Very good, upstanding people. They've definitely won my business while we're here in Alaska! I highly recommend them!”
