The one complaint I do have is that I was given WRONG information over the phone regarding the price of a procedure (not covered under my insurance). With the info I rec'd I decided to proceed. When I went to my appointment to start the process I was informed of the price of the procedure by the doctor. When I told him what I was told, he said that was completely wrong. Imagine my frustration knowing I couldn't get the eye surgery I've wanted for years.”
