The experience I got at this dealership couldn’t have been any more perfect had it been a dream. The passion and heart behind the people at this Mazda, specifically our salesman Austin, is not anything you will get anywhere else you may decide to go. The determination to assure we were well taken care of proves the distinct difference. Shawn helped tremendously in his department with finances and helped us secure a car BETTER than the one we originally were interested in. The magic they both were able to do for us earned them lifelong customers. I cannot thank Budd Baer enough for everything they did for us, including getting us in and out without leaving out a single thing to be done. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

We worked with Budd Baer 2 years ago when we got our first car in 2020, and had a wonderful experience. Back then, our specialist was Patrick and he was wonderful. For the next two years, we brought our car here regularly for maintenance services. We were welcomed and treated well. We decided to get our second Mazda from Budd Baer as well. This time our specialist was Edward. He found our second Mazda , which is an excellent deal, considering the current shortage in the market. All employees there we dealt with were extremely helpful and cooperative. They deserve this title “the honest dealer”. Thanks Budd Baer.

By far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had to deal with. I worked with Jared and he was completely honest and straight forward, friendly and knowledgeable. I will for sure be returning here for vehicle purchases here in the future. I cannot speak more highly of the professionalism of this dealership.
