“Every step of the process was seamless and amazing! Natalie was incredible and after trying on 3-4 dresses that my mom & I picked out, she listening to what I liked/disliked about them and then she pulled a dress that ended up being THE ONE! It checked off literally every box I had for my dream dress and was perfect!! (and under-budget!) When the dress came in I wanted to come back and put it on again to show the rest of bridal party. They were super accommodating and lovely and let me have such a special moment with my family. ! *this was pre-covid, but even still the shop is setup perfectly for safe/distanced shopping* Nancy was also incredible through the alterations process! I bought my dress fairly early and as we got closer I forgot about getting alterations. So even at 4 weeks away I was able to have my dress altered/steamed with more than enough time before the wedding. Overall a wonderful experience!”
