LONG LONG WAIT!! staff worked hard with only 3 counters WOW only 3 counters 5 stars go to the staff!!!! ...Drive to Wilkes barre. 10 New counters. worth the drive!!!
The staff was excellent but my honest opinion.... The Real ID should be done at a separate time than the regular services.
We walked in and had about 40 people in line waiting in front of us. Oh boy, great. We were greeted by an employee who answered our questions and made sure we had what we needed. The workers worked fast and were pleasant. A short wait and we were taken care. Drivers license work completed and out the door with a smile. These places are what you make them. If you have a bad attitude when you walk in, don't expect peaches and cream in return.
Very easy, no long lines. I must say the worker was cordial & extremely friendly. No more dreading DMV @ this place!!
