The whole Institute is macigcal and the perfect space for yogis, spiritual seekers and anyone that needs a break from outside to find back inside.
(December 16, 2019, 10:16 am)The Himalayan Institute is a very special yoga retreat center - with many scenic places for quiet meditation, delicious vegetarian food & a supportive community. Their teaching philosophy is clear, accessible and rooted in authentic wisdom passed down from master teachers of their tradition. This is an amazing place to come and recharge from the stresses of daily life.
