This park was a lovely way to spend a sunny afternoon. Bathrooms are close by. The city really updated the park a frlew years ago and made this park a real attraction for families.
From the free parking to Caleb's well maintained playground, this is a lovely park for all ages. The clean bathrooms and the Farmer's Market every Friday from May to October starting at 2 pm are additional bonuses for visitors or residents of Hawley.
This park was awesome for my 2 kids under 4yrs old. The bigger kids play area I'd say is good for 3 and over for a good portion of it. They have a separate area for real little ones who are able to do minimal climbing and small slides. The park looked well maintained and clean. There were swings and a pavilion with tables if you bring some snacks and want to relax in some shade. There was also a small skate park for anyone interested. We didn't need the bathrooms so not able to give an opinion on them. There was a good amount of parking. I will definitely be back here with my family.
Very nice. Kids play well with others they have just met. Have not noticed any fighting between kids or parents. No pets allowed in play area but a lot of space for pets.
This is a lovely park. The new playground is absolutely amazing. The park has several baseball diamonds and a skate park as well as a basketball court and tennis court, and large open spaces. The town does its best to maintain the place despite repeated vandals. Overall a great place to take kids, go for a walk, or for events.
