“He made my wife's engagement ring and our wedding bands. All top-notch work, and well below what you would pay for similar items from a big-box store!”

“I used Kincel & Company Insurance to obtain auto, home and life insurance for my family. I worked with agent Krissy Kincel and she was fantastic. All of the staff at Kincel & Company Insurance was incredibly hospitable and knowledgeable. Krissy explained the complicated world of insurance to me in laymen's terms and found me a very competitive rate, much lower than what I had been expecting to spend. I feel confident that I am covered in case of an unexpected emergency and breathe easier knowing that I have competent and friendly people on my side making my life easier. I highly recommend Kincel & Company Insurance for all of your insurance needs. They are a family owned local business and truly care about each and every one of their customers! “Amy is great! She is very knowledgable, patience and outgoing. Simply explain what you need and she will walk you through the process...no problem. I used to go to another place on the hill behind the lake, but now since I found Amy...she gets 100% of my business and my families as well. ”

“Wow, the BEC (Bacon, Egg, and Cheese) was on point. And coming from a guy who works in Manhattan and lives in North Jersey means more! Very good! Expect a decent wait when they're busy. Speed is not their strong point.”

“The gallery is beautiful and features great local talent, both paintings and photography. I was lucky enough to meet the owner, Juan H. Espino, who showed my wife and I around the Silk Mill. Juan has a great understanding of the history and local attractions. Additionally, his art is quite eye catching. His "signature" is he draws himself painting the picture into his works. You can tell he has a huge appreciation for the arts as he had some works from his private collection, which were not for sale, in the gallery.”

“Didn’t actually go into the Boiler Room (looked beautiful) BUT they have the cleanest damn windows I have ever experienced. Seriously. I walked right into the window thinking it was an open door. 10/10 would walk into again.”

“I have experienced so many positive changes in the year and a quarter I've been practicing Pilates with Judy. I am so much stronger, I experience almost no knee pain anymore, I'm more flexible, I've gained back a half inch in height and my A1C has come down to within normal range. Judy is very attentive to and knowledgeable about the body and designs specific practice plans each session for whatever is happening in this movable feast of muscles, bones and psyche! I can't sing her praises enough!!!!”

“I bought a Cannondale hardtail mountain bike from Mark at Sickler's this past weekend, and the whole experience couldn't have gone smoother. First off, the building that Sickler's is in, the Hawley Silk Mill, is beautiful. The bike shop is one of many stores inside, so it's worth wandering around, even if you are just casually interested in bikes. And the Cocoon Coffee House just outside the shop is top notch too. Now onto the actual review... The selection of mountain bikes gave me a lot of options, including entry level & high end bikes. Although I didn't look at the road bikes or kids bikes, they had a nice selection of those too. After talking to Mark about why I wanted a mountain bike (upcoming triathlon at a ski resort) and my previous experience (not much), he recommended an entry level Cannondale bike. While I shopped around, Mark taught me about bike maintenance, disc vs. conventional brakes, and told me about some cool trails near Hawley. I shopped around the rest of the selection, but eventually decided on the Cannondale that Mark recommended initially because of the price, the features, the size, and the look. I've taken it for a few road rides (no trails yet), and I'm very happy with it. After my fiance & I left the shop, we both commented on how friendly & helpful that Mark was. The buying process took about a half hour to 45 minutes overall, and he was incredibly helpful the whole way through. I'd highly recommend Sickler's, and Mark in particular. ”
