“My experience was absolutely positive... I read some of these reviews and they are the furthest from the truth. The doctor is busy so he simply asks people to be on time or you lose your appointment. Simple consideration. I lost my first appointment for lateness... I had to wait another month but got bumped up 2 weeks early, to my surprise due to a cancellation. The staff are polite and willing to answer questions. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable... I was skeptical and hesitant to keep my appointment due to these awful reviews. However I was more then pleasantly surprised with how much time this man took to examine me, go over my chart, ask questions and explain things in detail. Not to mention he took notes and paid excellent attention to me when I spoke . After 3 accidents, numerous money hungry doctors, empty treatment plans and substantially painful treatments, I finally found a physician with a sensible game plan to aid my quality of life. This doctor is thorough, caring, patient, informational and determined to get to the bottom of my condition and improve my quality of life.”

“I saw Dr. McKenna because I had a scratch on my neck that never seemed to heal for almost a year. It would bleed, scab and be red. Then rebelled etc. Anyway to make a long story short it turned out to be pre melanoma. Thanks to Dr. McKenna, he took care of it. He removed the entire thing roots and all and had it sent for a biopsy. If not for him I could have been in real trouble later on. I have no scar and I am ever so grateful. He does check me out now every 6 months, which I don't mind a bit. He's a great guy. It's always nice to see him. He has good bedside manner too!”

This difference is dramatic. The Dr was great, very professional and thorough. The recovery time was more than adequate. Great results. The office visits require great patience.
