I went back and they took the glasses back and let me order new ones with no charge and no hassle. Now to the customer service part. The staff is really incredible. “I give this place five (5) stars because the cleanness and hospitality were amazing. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. The grounds around the lodge are breathtaking and there are different trails. My only complaint was the main courses served along with the salads, snacks, all kinds of drinks, coffee, tea. It was salty and for my stay it was like fast food. But all the other side dishes were delicious! With that said you will not go hungry because you have options. Thank you Lord for meeting us there and for the sweet stay!”
