“I go fairly regular anytime a prescription is needed. Can call them in before they open and almost set to preference for your pickup time. Friendly, and caring. I have to say it quite nice to find a place where they enjoy their work and are great at it. Regular store staff are the same. Always stocked and always can find someone to help if you may need. “I have been going here for years. Never had any issues with glasses or contacts. They hand me contacts on the spot with no delay. I purchased frames and after a week I didnt like them. I went back and they took the glasses back and let me order new ones with no charge and no hassle. Now to the customer service part. The staff is really incredible.
