“Recently we needed to have our roof replaced. Two of my friends highly recommended ShingleMe, so we visited their showroom in Hamlin. Mike Graci (owner) explained the entire roofing process they use, and he also provided great visual aids and a wide assortment of roofing samples and answered all of our roofing and warranty questions. Within a few days a site visit was arranged and a estimate was provided. A follow-up appointment was scheduled and Mike explained in detail the entire estimate and contract. No money was to exchange hands until the job was complete. Before, during and after the roof replacement Mike stayed in contact with us. Informing us of when the roofing materials, dumpster and crew would arrive on site. The total job was completed in one day and the roof looks great. The crew's workmanship was exceptional, they were very friendly and ensured the site was cleaned up using rakes, gas blowers and a magnet sweeper before they departed. I can't think of one negative thing to report and based on our positive experience I would highly recommend ShingleMe! Thanks again to Mike and his crew for a job well done!”
