Dr. Courtney Dugan. Ten stars. My first appointment in only two days. Zero wait time. She processed three referrals w/o my making a single phone call. Her office called within an hour of receiving my blood work. Dr. Dugan recognized a small issue that my previous Dr. had not. Dr. Dugan spent as much time with me as I needed, and listened intently. Dr. Dugan answered all of my questions with empathy, advice and up to date knowledge. Dr. Dugan is relative young and up to date on modern medicine. She is a VERY smart lady; a real class act. Thank you Dr. Dugan and I hope you get to read this.
