We broke down towing our camper along rt 31. Not from the area we googled local repair shops and luckily found C&D. We called them late in the day around 5 pm but they were traveling and 1 hour away from their shop. They gave us the number of a trusted tow service who helped us get to their shop. Chad found the new radiator for our yukon, had it delivered that day and stayed late that night to complete the repairs and get us back on our camping trip. They even entertained our kids while we waited. Very helpful and friendly family. Thanks for saving our camping trip!

My Truck(Ram 3500) broke down on I-76E, at exit 91, i goggled a mechanic near by and I was luck he was 5mins away from me, at first i doubted him but i had no choice but to call him, he said he can fix it. I waited forever for my insurance company to send me a tow vehicle but they never sent one so I manage drove the truck to his workshop because it’s was just 5mins away. I got to him and he took care of my truck, i was not happy thinking the truck won’t be ready same day because i got to him late but he made sure the truck was ready same day and i was able to deliver next day. Chad and wife are so nice and friendly.

Imagine traveling full time in a motorhome and having engine problems. Local garages can't take you for weeks and then you meet a mechanic vacationing with his family who is parked, at the same RV park, a few sights from you.

Unfortunately the mechanic is hours from his business so naturally he was without his diagnostic equipment.

But then, the very next weekend, the mechanic knocks at your door with computer in hand. A ”computer" mind you and not an auto parts store code reader special.

Chad took time away from his family during a weekend get-away to help out a total stranger and help us he did. Within minutes Chad narrowed down the problem then with a simple test, had the problem attributed to a faulty spark plug wire.

I wish I could tell you about my experience with a local mechanic that worked weeks before, on the same problem, who turned out to be a ”parts changer" and did not correct the problem, but that's another story and as they say "education is expensive".

Going into Labor day weekend, my family was driving from Pittsburgh to Harrisburg. Hitting the hills in the area, the temperature started to rise on our Audi Q7, which never gets above standard running temp. A bit concerned, I googled some car repair places nearby just to get a more educated guess on our issue and a recommendation. We couldn't have been luckier to find Chad and his wife at their shop willing to see how they could help us out. We were able to drive back home to Pittsburgh without an issue and sort out other transport for the weekend. I truly wish I could have given Chad my business as he and his team there seemed like straight up great people who know their craft and care about their customers. And despite having some pretty serious muscle cars at the shop entrance, he was really familiar with our Audi and what the issue might be. Hopefully this review encourages others to head his way.

Thermostat went in our car 90 minutes into a 4 hour road trip. Chad took us in without hesitation, quickly diagnosed to problem and had a replacement part on the way. The price was totally fair and the work was thorough. He even asked me to call once we got to our destination to make sure everything was still OK.

In a situation where we were backed into a corner and he could have charged an arm and a leg, he didn’t. Would definitely recommend.
