Tender Care Pediatric Dentistry

EXPERT PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY!!! These women are incredible, from the desk in! My son has been going here since 2 years old (he's 6 now) and has never feared going! When we were first going for routine cleanings, he would sit on my lap facing me,
then laid his head down on the dentist's lap.
He's had several cavities. They used anesthesia when he was first going, up until he was 4ish. They have an anesthesiologist come to administer the 'pinchy' in the most adorable room, which is so visually calming. The medicine works VERY quickly, and so does the dentist! It's only stressful for us parents lol. Today, they used novacaine instead of the anesthesia- no needle!!! And he sat by himself in the chair for the first time! They let us parents come back too! The dentist explained how they like to try and slowly introduce dentistry to the child, so there is trust and honesty. (He had 2 cavities- they did 1 today and will do the other the next appt). So yes, I recommend this place 100%. One last thing for parents, do not beat yourself up if your child gets cavities. It's common in little ones, especially if they have teeth close together. Give them juice with a meal only, limit goldfish crackers/little crackers and no matter how much they hate it and fight, brush their teeth at least 2 times a day!! I hope this helps someone!! 🩷

Wow I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! We have always had such a wonderful experience here! They aim for making your child feel comfortable from the beautiful ocean decor to the kind caring staff! My daughter has a very bad abscess tooth and I have been in direct contact through text daily with the dentist! She assured me that everything will be taken care of even if my daughter needs her surgery before her scheduled date! My daughter is extremely terrified of the dentist and they made sure they explained every single to her and made her feel safe and comfortable! So happy this is the dentist I chose to be our family dentist! Thank you all for everything you do!
