Brookdale Murrysville

I am happy to have found Brookdale Murrysville. The staff is lovely. My mom is well taken care of.

They took great care of my Mom, they were always kind and patient and the facility was very clean and spacious. I definitely recommend. It is a difficult choice to make but they will help you make the transition.

As a family member who has used several facilities for a loved one over the last several years, I strongly recommend Brookdale- Murrysville to anyone who will listen. I know from experience, the good, bad and the ugly of other facilities to the point of being unable to sleep at night, with worry. At Brookdale- Murrysville, I can sleep knowing they will call me about any incidents at any time of day or night. They are always willing to discuss and problem solve all aspects of his Alzheimer's progression to offer him the best of care and comfort.

Brookdale has been very good with our dad, he is very happy and well taken care of. My only thing is they don’t provide transportation for appointments and it is hard because he has monthly eye appointment that someone needs to be available for. Unfortunately it is sometimes difficult because we both work and can’t always get off for this.

Having my wife join the Brookdale Murrysville community in June 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, has been stressful. However, the staff has done a excellent job of caring for her, keeping her safe, and keeping me informed throughout this unusual and difficult period. They have done a great job of adjusting her medications to relieve her anxieties and keep her a happy member of the community. I made the right choice whenever I chose Brookdale Murrysville.
