Ever since I started going to their office in Cresson they have been nothing but understanding and helpful. They take the time to explain to me what they plan on doing and they really take the patient into account. I would highly recommend Kraisinger Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a dentist!
I had an emergency when a filling that was done by another dentist (not affiliated with Dr. Kraisinger's practices) ended up breaking apart on a tooth in the very back of my mouth. I called the office, and the staff was able to fit me in that evening. It was the best experience ever at the dentist. From the initial interaction on the phone when I called in that day to the actual refilling to the payment/insurance process... Everyone was so wonderful. Thank you so much! Special shoutout to Dr. Despot and Chris (assistant with 30yrs experience in the field)... You both are top notch. Thanks again for being excellent at what you do and very caring. Plus it was super quick and efficient. Appreciated it all.
Dr. Kraisinger and his staff are truly amazing! They are personable, flexible, fun, and knowledgeable staff that make going to the dentist easier! I highly recommend new clients, anyone looking to change dentists, or any other circumstance I recommend Kraisingers family dentistry!
