Lisa has been my therapist and she is wonderful! She has helped me so much. Without her I wouldn't be the person I am today. I highly recommend her!
I have gone to many therapists, but Lisa is the only one who makes me think & points things out I've never realized. She doesn't just sit there & reiterate what I already said back to me like pretty much all the other therapists I've been to have done. She makes me question myself in a good way & not only helps me come up with coping strategies, goals & answers to things, she also recommends solid directions to take for my specific issues. She really does have a heart & really listens & cares. I've had therapists fall asleep, look at the clock all the time & even make food during my sessions. Lisa is attentive & honestly wants to know what's going on & wants to help. If you want someone to just acknowledge what you say to make you think they're listening, Lisa isn't for you. If you want someone to coddle you & your feelings, Lisa isn't for you. If you're not open to real, positive change, Lisa isn't for you. Lisa is not harsh, but she's honest & will help you question yourself & face the issues in your life head on. She will help you if you're ready for change & ready to hear what you need to hear. I wouldn't trust anyone else to help & guide me.
