St Anne Home

Mr. Zimmerman who complained, obviously doesn't understand how Medicare and Medicaid work. He needs to educate himself. The worker who got fired because she showed up late - well, that's how things work in the real world. The others who gave 1 star but didn't explain why, well, I discount you and your opinions. My 100 yr old mom has been there for 5 years and she has gotten very good care. They are understaffed now because of post-pandemic staffing issues but that's not their fault and St Anne's is doing the best they can under the circumstances.

My 100 year old mother spent her last 5 years at St. Anne Home. This is an excellent facility in spite of pandemic issues and post-pandemic staffing issues. Nothing is perfect and no facility is perfect but St. Anne’s is about as close to perfect as one can get. I highly recommend St. Anne Home

Staff is very friendly and courteous. The place itself is very clean and inviting. I gave it 5 start only because, you could not give higher.

99% of the staff are absolutely wonderful, sweet, caring, and very nice. Very clean and beautiful facility. Several beautiful courtyards and walking paths for residents and family. I would highly recommend this facility.
