Oc cluss had insulation for my cathedral ceiling that no one else had or could get for months. The price was also much less expensive. I also bought a standard wall insulation that was a good bit less expensive. Then they delivered it rather far from their store...for free.

Here is the most important detail. When I called to inquire about the insulation I had an answer , ordered and was off the phone in five minutes. Try that at lowes or home depot. If you can even get them to answer their phone. I do my best to avoid the big box stores and hope to see them out of business some day and places like oc cluss growing.

Material. Staff knows there products and are very helpful. Warehouse is quick and helpful get you in and out fast
