Everyone at Kay Jewelers is Awesome. They are all very friendly, and happy to help. Terri helped me tremendously with a bracelet I purchased for my wife that had been damaged. She was also very quick in cleaning and inspecting other jewelry I brought in. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to purchase jewelry, because the service after the purchase, even years down the road are excellent!!!!

Terri was an absolute treasure! We got engaged in May and went to look at wedding bands. She was so kinda and helpful and even cleaned my engaged ring (which was purchased here) I would definitely recommend working with her if you go!!

I can never complain when I walk in as I typically find something for the person I'm shopping for. Today it was for my littles 14th birthday & we made it a random stop. Not only did we find a ring that she absolutely loved but we found a great father's day gift that she also chose. Staff are always welcoming & friendly. Of course I will always return.

Karen..Kelsey and Maureen helped me find just the right wedding band for unique engagement ring.. I had a very hard time finding anything that matched and faced having to replace the entire set which was heartbreaking because I loved my set. I am so in love with my new ring and can't wait till my wedding and to have it placed on my finger!!
