Way better than PetCo in every way. This store has the same products at a much lower cost (literally a $6 difference for my dog’s shampoo), and this store is actually clean and well stocked. I thoroughly enjoy looking through their clearance items, as they always have good stuff on sale. They also always seem to have crickets and other reptile food.

Large pet store. When in with my 3 dogs.Employees loved them and so did the customers.Large selection of biscuits. Way to many choices of dog food.Dogs loved all the toys to pick from.Dog boots,na.Little one did like to play with other dogs in store.Plenty of parking and easy access in and out.

Of course this is a big box store. Everything is neat and organized. Prices fare. Parking good. Now the reason I gave it 5 stars is the staff. The staff can make or break a big box store. I have not used all the services. BUT the services I used the staff was super friendly and helpful. They work hard and knows they play a small part in a big picture.

Its nice its employees are helpful and considerate. The animals are clean and responsive. Fish sometimes have a high mortality rate. Everything else is pleasant

The management is great!!!! We drove about an hour and a half to get there and we were treated great! The manager (didn’t get his name) (dark hair, glasses and small build) was super nice and extremely helpful! The guy in the aquarium section (Brad) was great too! Thank you so much for all of your assistance! You truly made it worth the trip! I highly recommend this place!
