Excellent a lot of historical interest in Westmoreland County friendly attendance very knowledgeable will definitely go back in return
Went with my family to Historic Hannahstown Candlelight open house evening today and it was so enjoyable! Welcoming smiling faces, happy to share neat stories and history. Little nibbles, savory and sweet. And warm drinks by a crackling fire in the hearth!
Very clean and everyone is nice. This area is a nice place to learn about Westmoreland County's history.
A small, reconstructed colonial village demonstrating the way of life of settlers to the area. Also the first law west of the Allegheny Mountains. Very informative with a nice gift shop, and library. Great way to learn about the history of the area.
Wonderful library and genealogical research tools. the librarian is very helpful in narrowing your search for family members from Westmoreland County. They also hold some great evening talks and other programs centered around Westmoreland County History!
