I started seeing Dr Kratzenberg when my dentist did not accept my new insurance. Dr K also does not accept that insurance but he still took me in and said that he will bill the insurance company and see what happens. I was surprised when the insurance company accepted his billing and paid him directly. That is called customer orientation and service. I very much appreciated this.

Beyond the usual cleaning etc. he also replaced one of my dental crowns. The procedure went smoothly. When the temporary crown was replaced, and the new one put in place, I could not have said anything other than it felt like an original; a perfect fit.

Well, the office and the waiting area are pleasant.. The exam rooms are very clean and the equipment looks new and modern. The nursing staff is skilled and treat you well.

Dr. K has provided me top notch care and now my wife is also using his services.

I recommend him as your dentist without reservations.

I had an amazing visit there! It was my first time there and everyone was so nice and personable! Dr. Kratzenberg was excellent and took his time to explain things to me…I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is in need of a dentist or hate the dentist to come here! You won’t be disappointed!

Tess is the best! She knows how I dislike the dentist, and she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She always makes sure that I feel no pain when she is cleaning my teeth.
