The gym is always clean and you can see the owners take alot of pride in this. They can often be seen doing extra cleaning between or after workouts.
(February 17, 2020, 9:10 pm)Loved it!!! Dave was super awesome! Started me from the beginning. Explained everything and broke everything down. Told me he could make modifications if needed. Also, the music was fun and he was super motivational! I get bored at regular gyms . This was fun and exciting. It was also structured. So; I knew what I was doing and felt right in place. Xoxoxoxo
