Besides the above, he installed a 10000 btu window air conditioner unit, replaced the hot water heater, climbed up and reattached the gutter and downspout and did various other jobs in a professional manner. He didn't just patch things up, he replaced pipes and fixed the problem, as opposed to another plumber that we previously called who simply patched a hole but did not repair the reason for the leak. Responded quickly to my need to have flashing repairs on my facia damaged by storm. Worked quickly and did excellent repair. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

Mark did an excellent job power washing our house in summer of 2018 and 2020. He also did an excellent job painstakingly replacing the decking on our front porch and reconstructing a deck landing outside of our French doors in 2019.. In that 3 year period Mark was a big help to our family as I was recovering from multiple surgeries and could not complete the work myself. Thank you for jobs we’ll done!
