I can't put into the proper words how wonderful Tony was when my brother passed in August 2022. Tony went above and beyond what you'd think a 'funeral director' is. Tony isn't just all business....he makes you feel so comfortable and answers all your questions in such a friendly manner. We're always devastated when we lose a loved one, but my brother was all I had and Tony was very comforting and listened to me.....listened to me ramble on because I felt so lost. If you live in the area and lose a loved one, I would definitely recommend seeing Tony. I also can't thank Tony enough for the kindness extended to me. The situation went smoother than I expected. Tony said 'we don't just take your money and run' and he's so right. Months later I called to chat with him and he was so willing to listen. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. I'm sure Jay loved the way things went as well.

Ron & his family made this difficult time in our lives so much easier to handle. They went over and above for us meeting all of our needs and then some. They took care of all the details, many that we thought we would have to, they did for us. All of their suggestions like the florist Patty Logan who does amazing work, hairdresser Ms. Fawcett who did her hair exactly as she wanted it, Rodneys for her wake which was delicious too. All were helpful & top notch just like the family at Beatty Rich Funeral Home. They treated us like family as well. Very professional, warm and comforting. Our Mother suffered a long medical battle with many scars but Ron presented her looking so beautiful and peaceful it gave us great comfort. Mom is smiling upon them because of the way they took care of her girls and how beautiful her details were handled. Thank you so much for everything!

I went to Nickels when my oldest son passed away they wanted all the money up front after service never heard from them. I went to Tony when my brother passed away, he kindly and respectful guided my siblings and I through it all the staff was so helpful and kind and was a fraction of the price of Nickels!! My brother was only 35 so it was unexpected, We we're all so happy Tony did everything in his power to get my brother back to use within a very short time frame so everyone who took off work could be there, and it was on a holiday break!! Tony and his family truely cares about the people in his community, he will do anything he can to help loved ones through these tough times!!Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

I’ve been to numerous funerals here for family and friends. They always are kind, considerate, and passionate to the friends and family. The Rich Family and all employees at the home from the door men to parking lot employees are thoughtful and respectful. Highly recommend Beatty-Rich to anyone in need of seeking a funeral arraignment or cremation. Once again thank you to Ron, Tony, and Leah for the beautiful services and the warm hospitality.
