I'm from out of town and I found Jeffrey Walker to be pretty helpful, more helpful than real estate agents I've dealt with where I live. The two times I called about properties he either answered my call right away or called back promptly. He answered my questions directly and didn't beat around the bush. I found him to be very helpful.
