Called and left a message, and shortly after opening hours the next day I got a call that a tech was on the way. Quickly fixed the initial problem and took the time to troubleshoot and fix a problem I was having with the app for one of the doors.

(December 12, 2020, 3:14 pm)We needed a new garage door after 14 years - both a mechanical issue and cosmetic. They came and temporarily fixed our garage door issue until the garage door came in. Once installed it looked very nice! They did have to come out and follow up with one issue but they were here right away and fixed it quickly.
