(June 15, 2021, 8:22 am)I spent a year here and loved it. It was so peaceful and I had a huge window looking through the trees. Management team here is wonderful and communicative. They always got maintenance in right away. Highly recommend!
(March 24, 2021, 10:28 am)I lived at the Murrysville Apartments for 13 years. Recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, safe and comfortable living area. Close enough to shopping, doctors, restaurants and so much more. Farmers market in the summer within walking distance.
Staff from owner, office personnel to maintenance people couldn’t be nicer. My favorite was the private balcony looking toward the woods watching wildlife all year around(turkey, deer, 1 fox, squirrels). Reasonable rates for the area.

(November 16, 2019, 11:07 pm)My husband and I have lived here for about 3 years, and it's been a great experience. It's quiet, close to everything, and safe. Never really had any issues. Definitely would recommend if you're looking to live in murrysville and in an affordable place!
(March 1, 2019, 4:25 pm)I lived here for a few months. It's an extremely quiet group of buildings tucked within a little pocket of serene woods. It's common to see deer and other wildlife. It's close enough to the highway that commuting is a breeze but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the noise. There is always plenty of parking in the lot. The pricing and utilities were very reasonable. The air conditioning and heating did a good job at keeping things at the appropriate temperature. The appliances were in good repair and of good quality. The entire apartment was exceptionally clean when I moved in: absolutely no odd smells, stains, or damage from previous tenants. The room layout is simple, but open. The balcony is small, but private. The large picture windows give a great view of the surrounding nature and abundant natural lighting. The management was a pleasure to work with. Admittedly it doesn't look like much from the outside, but it was one of the best apartments I've ever lived in.
(August 5, 2018, 7:03 pm)My studio apartment was a great deal for Murrysville. It's quiet, but the close proximity to 22 kept commute times low. The property was well cared for and the management couldn't have been more pleasant to deal with. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone who wants to live in Murrysville without the Murrysville price tag.
