There are innovative themes, sensory building activities and planned extracurriculars to further enrich child development. Coupled with the plan is an abundance of passion exerted by the teachers. Their focus on the well-being of the child is immeasurable. I can not say enough about how the teachers love on my babies! They are just as nurturing as they are planning to create the best foundation for academic excellence. Goddard has been wonderful for both of my children’s personal and educational development. They have consistently been attentive to my questions, concerns and requests. Their proven track record and my experience with their planning and passion makes it easy to drop my children off daily and not have a single concern.”

“Woodlake management is super helpful with anything you need as far as they are able (they must abide by fair housing laws and they do so.) They give you options for whatever you need help for. Maintenance is on top of fixing things in the apartment. Freeway may be close, but you can really hear it. Close to a dog walking trail but even if you don't have a dog, it's nice to go on.”

“I had Joe from Mr. Handyman. I had several little jobs I wanted done. I needed to install cat doors, shelves, a smart lock, and a cat tower. I have more jobs to get done, and I will be using Mr. Handyman again. It does cost per hour, but this is the second time I have used this company, and they have been on time and professional. Joe went from job to job and was here for the whole day. I stopped for lunch and for water and that was it--he just kept on task and got things done. He's friendly and competent. I was very happy to pay for this work. You might be able to get away with some random person who is a friend of a friend or whatever for cheaper, but if you want to be sure it's going to be done on time and professionally, it's worth the money to get Mr. Handyman.”

I am in love with the dog parks and so is my dog!*** Just moved to Avenue 900 and I love it here so far. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the property itself is beautiful. The property is in great condition, lots of walking paths in and around the complex. They have TWO HUGE dog parks (one for large and one for small). The pool area is gorgeous and the gym is HUGE and well equipt. They have a mailing package system called LuxerOne that makes picking up packages extremely easy and convenient. I live in a 880 sq. ft one bedroom apartment and because of the layout, it feels WAY bigger than that. I love this place and highly recommend moving here!”
