I went to Bank of America on Minnesota Ave to talk about some financial issues and when I walked in there was only two people in front of me so that went quick.
I then asked to speak to someone because I needed some information, I was introduced to Mrs. Voronica L Green who is the Vice president, Financial Center Manager, she was the nicest person that I've done business with in a long time very professional very informative, I would definitely recommend this bank.

I had a great banking experience at this branch. I walked in and they had a gentleman in the front that was meeting and greeting people as they arrived. He immediately approached me and asked if he could help me with anything. I explained what I came to do and within minutes I was sitting with a representative in the back. Very fast service also even when I go in and do banking via the teller. Employees are knowledgeable and courteous.
