Service desk employee was very attentive and welcoming. Observed that I was pouring the last of the coffee (available 24 hours) she quickly made a fresh pot. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We needed a computer chair replacement and it was replaced in minutes.

So, let's get this out right away. This is a great place to stay. The staff is wonderful, friendly and accommodating!! The rooms are recently renovated, beds are comfy and the water is hot. These are all the key factors of any hotel stay.

This hotel is under renovation. So there are issues that come along with that. None of which interfered with our one night stay. This is not a 5 star hotel. Do not expect it to be a 5 star hotel. The restaurant is closed due to the work, but they provide a very nice and simple lobby breakfast.

The smoking area is down at the end of the hotel so there aren't people swarming the front entrance. I am a smoker. I appreciate this.

We will definitely stay here again on our travels.
