New Hope Alliance Church

Between the noisy hotel restaurant, Waffle House, and IHOP, we made a wise decision and went to IHOP. They were a little understaffed, but they got us taken care of. We had crapes, which were buy get one free. Great deal! Kids meals are also lots of fun for the kiddos and reasonably priced.

We also thought the staffers were incredibly friendly and great at what they do.

This is your typical IHOP, newer construction. The hostess and waiter were both nice and friendly, but the service was extremely slow. We had a party of 7, with simple orders, and we waited forever for our food. Food tasted good. I guess, you don’t expect too much when dining at IHOP, so it’s no big deal. Just don’t go here in a rush.

What can I say, didn't expect too much in IHOP but surprised that the waiter and location was very nice. Our waiter, TJ was very organized and polite when location was BUSY! I came during breakfast hours around 7 am to 8 am.

The cook 🍳 was a lovely young lady who brought me warm pancakes 🥞, eggs 🥚, hashbrown, Ham etc.

Condiments were just enough for me and my partner to enjoy a sunrise 🌅 breakfast for the day!

Despite being very short staff and being ran by 1 waiter he did an excellent job and food arrived 20 minutes.

TJ was very attentive with our table and the rest of the other tables too. He showed empathy for wait times ⏲️ but he held it down very well.

He is definitely an asset to this location and company. Give this man a raise. He has very good customer service.

Want to thank the cooks 🍳 and TJ for a great service for our morning since we came all the way from Chicago! 🏙🌃

This locations need more staff since it is alot for 1 waiter/waitress to host all tables at once.

Aside from this I liked how clean and polite service was here.

Friendly, welcoming, 8:55 a.m. service for early birds and 11 a.m. service also. Bible study, small groups - something for everyone 🤍✝️🙏
