Sarah Thompson - State Farm Insurance Agent

It was so easy to switch to State Farm insurance through Sarah’s office. I had a bit of trouble with making sure my bank got the correct paperwork but Kathy and Laura had everything under control. I have already recommended this great team of ladies to friends. So glad we switched from USAA. We saved an unexpected amount of money!

Recently moved to the Latrobe area, Kathy reached out to me via email with her information for when I was ready to convert my insurance from out of state. When I called, I left a message and Kathy got back to me same day. She answered all of my questions and explained all of the differences from my previous state so I could understand my coverage. Kathy emailed me quotes, and gave me time to review without pressuring me to sign my paperwork same day and when I was ready to proceed she gave me the option of mailing the documents or coming in to the office. Kathy is a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful.

I have had nothing but the best experiences with Laura and her team at State Farm! They were able to lower my insurance premiums and save me some money and they were incredibly helpful the entire way! I can’t wait to meet them in person!

The easiest insurance process, ever!

This was my first time needing insurance in almost 10 years. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little nervous, especially with costs! Sarah made the process fast, easy and painless - even to my pockets! She helped me recieve added discounts on top of the low estimate I received prior!

I was in crunch time of needing the insurance because of a spur of the moment title transfer and it also being a weekend but she didn't hesitate at all! She returned my call "asap" just like I had requested!
