“There was a water problem with a line. I called to let them know because I was in industrial watertreatment. I was surprised that the treatment plant answered immediately. The person was polite and knowledgeable. He had been getting tons of calls since the water line problem but he was still very kind. I was impressed. All water lines fail sometimes as with anything built by people does so this is expected. But being calm and nice isn't a quality we always find so I want to say thank you to him The office does a great job too.”

“Emily was wonderful to work with, and our earl grey wedding cake was delicious! The tasting Emily created for us was great, and we were able to sample many flavors that were beautifully presented. We received a few different illustrated design proposals at different price options, and we were also able to use sheet cakes during the actual wedding to help cut down on costs. Everyone had great things to say about the cake, and it turned out perfectly!”
